产品简介 Introduction

l         本产品适用于量产产品之专用机及MC治具，提高生产效率最佳帮手。

l         主要功能为空压缸做动时，活塞下压行程中压板会旋转到设计的角度，再沿着直线继续下压直到压板夹紧工件。

l         使用空压转角缸，请加装流量控制阀，避免速度过快，以及转角行程中，请勿夹持工件，导致损坏缸体及内部零件。

l         压板需增加长度时，请勿大于原长度之1.5倍。

l         缸体材质采用铝合金，表明硬膜处理，内壁表面光滑，使用寿命长。

--This product is suitable for mass production of special machines and MC fixture, the best helper  to improve production efficiency.

--When the air cylinder actuate,and the piston moves downward,the clamping arm will swing to the design angle then push down on straight line until the workpiece is clamped securely .

--You'd better to install a flow control valve to avoid the speed is too fast.And please don't clamping workpiece when the cylinder is swinging,otherwise the body and inner parts will easy to be damage.

--Need to increase the length of clamping arm, do not exceed more than 1.5 times of the original length

--The cylinder body is manufactured from aluminum alloy the surface is processed with the hard membranne and the inside of it is smooth. It is long-lived to use.
